Order Cancellation Policy

This Order Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order placed on frameova.com may be cancelled.

1. Cancellation Conditions

Orders may be cancelled within 36 hours of placement provided the order has not yet been dispatched, and such cancellations are eligible for a full refund.

Orders placed more than 36 hours ago or already in the dispatch process cannot be cancelled.

2. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

If an order cannot be cancelled due to timing or dispatch status, we recommend waiting for the delivery to be completed.

After the product has been received, you may follow the applicable returns and refunds process in accordance with our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Email contact is recommended to ensure accurate record keeping, although phone enquiries are also accepted.

When submitting a cancellation request, please provide sufficient information to allow us to identify your order, which may include:

  • Your order number
  • The name used when placing the order
  • Proof of payment or transaction reference, where applicable

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Where a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.

Refunds are initiated within 1–3 working days after the cancellation has been confirmed. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on the processing timelines of your bank or payment provider.
