You may browse the website without creating an account. Where account features are available, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information and for activities carried out under your access.

We aim to keep website content accurate and available, but uninterrupted access or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed at all times.

3. Products, Availability and Pricing

All products displayed on the website are subject to availability. Product images and descriptions are provided for reference and may differ slightly from the delivered item.

Prices shown include applicable taxes and standard delivery costs. We reserve the right to update product information, availability and pricing before an order is confirmed.

4. Orders and Payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised and an order confirmation has been issued.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been completed using one of the accepted payment methods shown on the website.

5. Shipping

  • We provide delivery within the United Kingdom and offer free delivery on all orders
  • Orders placed before 17:00 on working days will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 17:00, on weekends or on public holidays will be processed from the next working day
  • Order processing typically takes 1–3 working days before dispatch. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7–17 days, depending on location and logistics arrangements

6. Order Cancellation

Details of our order cancellation arrangements, including eligibility, time limits, and applicable conditions, are set out in our Order Cancellation Policy.

  • Orders may be cancelled within 36 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Orders placed more than 36 hours ago, or orders that have already been dispatched, cannot be cancelled
  • If an order cannot be cancelled, we recommend waiting for delivery and then following the applicable return and refund process
  • Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 1–3 working days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment service provider

7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not offered. Due to our centralised inventory and dispatch process, all replacement needs are handled as returns followed by a new order
  • You may request a return within 60 days of receipt, and a return shipping label is included with your parcel
  • Voluntary returns: Items must be unused, in good condition, and complete with all original components and packaging. Refunds may be adjusted to reflect shipping or handling costs. Damaged or incorrect items: Please contact us promptly with clear supporting evidence. A full or partial refund may be offered, and a return may not be required in some cases
  • Refunds are initiated within 1–3 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected, using the original payment method. Processing times vary by financial institution
